What to expect:
- 5K track run delivered in a supportive, high-energy environment, organised by Mackyard Events, with runners able to participate at their own pace
- Live DJ creating an engaging atmosphere throughout the evening
- Pre-run warm-up and guidance delivered by West Ham United fitness coach
- Each attendee to receive a 2-week Runna trial
- Light snacks & refreshments available
About Mackyard Events:
Mackyard events are for anyone and everyone. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, or just starting out, they want to build a community around movement, bring people together and encourage you to push your limits. Mackyard offer a number of race series across the calendar, with alternative takes on classics from 5k track events to ultra marathons, and everything in between.
Community-driven with a passion for running, the Mackyard founders are Robin and Charlie Mackenzie, brothers and athletes looking to bring the best of road and trail running to the masses, all within an hour of the capital. They were brought up in the fells of the Lake District, now mixing it on the streets of London.

This event is open to everyone aged 18+ and runners of all abilities are welcome.
Tickets are free of charge but limited, so make sure you secure your spot now!
Limited parking is available on site so we recommend taking public transport to the event.
We will have bag drop and changing facilities, however all belongings are left at the owner's risk. There are also a small amount of lockers available which are £1 return operated.
There will be a trained first aider on site.
