The Webelos-to-Scout Transition Fair (WeST Fair), is an amazing opportunity for your troop to recruit Cubs making the transition from Arrow of Light to Troops. This is a great way to make a first impression before they start visiting troops for bridging season!Event Information:
Who should attend: 3-4 Scouts from your troop (question: do they need to have 2 adults or just one since for quantity wise there will be enough other adults, and having only one may enable more units)
When: November 20, 2025, 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Where: Santa Theresa Catholic Church, 794 Calero Ave., San Jose, CA 95123
What to wear: Field Uniform
What to bring:
A folding table
Printed pictures, boards, etc of your troop and contact information (a QR code or business type card). There will be no power available.
Paper or QR code to gather names and phone numbers for follow up later.
Please, no giveaways.
Snacks will be provided.
Not only is this a great opportunity to recruit, but to be an inspiration to the Cubs.
