Join us at The Sycamore for an evening of book talk, pizza, and a glass of wine...or two!
Thank you to everyone who has come along to our monthly book club meet-ups so far! It's always wonderful to see our regulars and meet new faces. What can be better than spending an evening talking books, eating good pizza, and enjoying a drink? We can't think of anything.
We know diaries can fill up quickly, especially during the summer months, so we're taking bookings for our August event now.
For August, we've decided to make our read a free-for-all. Bring whatever book you're currently reading—maybe your book swap book?!—or even your all-time favourite read, and share your thoughts with everyone at your table or in the group. We love how social our book club has become and hope this gives you a chance to get to know each other even better. To help with that, follow us on Instagram so we can build our community online.
As always, we have limited spaces available and will be charging £5 per ticket, with proceeds split between our chosen charity, St Barnabas Hospice, and our own admin costs. and our own admin costs.
