Swing in the North is delighted to present our first ever West Coast Swing Beginner Intensive -- come learn the basics in just one day!✨ WHO IT'S FOR
- brand new people who have never danced
- people who have danced a different style and wanna try out west coast swing
- people who have done a west coast swing beginner series but want a refresher
- west coast swing dancers who want to try out the other role
- anyone, really, with or without a partner
✨ WHAT TO BRING
- A change of footwear (ideally slippery shoes or socks)
- A water bottle
- A snack (dancing is hard work and there will be snack time)
The cost is $10-40, sliding scale. That means that you can pick your price within that range. If you are looking for a recommendation, we feel $10/h is appropriate (so $30 total), but we are delighted to have you attend at whatever price point is comfortable for you and your budget.
As an added incentive -- if you choose $30 or more, you will receive a voucher to come to a future Swing in the North activity for free -- Guided Practice (there's one the next day!), Third Tuesday, or another similar dance event.
