Our Saturday workshops allow you to savour the joys of cooking and connection at a relaxed pace. You’ll work in small groups, guided by experienced chefs who share their culinary secrets, techniques, and the heart of West African culture.

Meet your fellow participants and the workshop facilitators.
- Cultural overview: 10.15 - 10.30 am
Learn about the history and traditions of West African cuisine.
- Hands-on cooking: 10.30 - 12.00 pm
Work in groups to prepare a variety of dishes.
- Sharing and Eating: 12.00 pm - 1.00 pm
