This class is led by Madeline Summers, a St. Paul native and facilitator of the Mississippi Market staff talk-and-taste training program. She has over 14 years of experience in restaurants and community kitchens and leads with joy and fun.
Allergy Notice: While much of our class program accommodates multiple allergies, this particular class is not allergy-friendly. It may not be suitable for individuals with nut or dairy allergies and might not be the best fit for vegans or vegetarians.
