The carnival is part of the Wesley Chapel Fall Festival's family-friendly 21st anniversary celebration Oct. 25-26 from 11 am to 6 pm. This North Tampa Bay Chamber event features bands, community entertainment, food trucks, kids' activities, a trunk or treat, fall pageant, costume contests, pumpkin photo stops and vendors.
