This workout combines everything you need (dance for cardio, resistance training for strength, and stretching for mobility) in less than one hour, so you can get back to being the CEO of your busy life. The first half of the workout is WERQ cardio dance, the wildly addictive dance fitness workout based on trending pop and hip-hop, and the second half is dedicated to strength training, core work, and stretching. You'll leave feeling accomplished, centered, and ready for anything that comes your way. Check it all off like a boss!
