Come join us for an exciting in-person training to become a certified WERQ Like a Boss Instructor!* WERQ Like A Boss is an all-inclusive workout that combines everything you need (dance for cardio, resistance training for strength, and stretching for mobility) in less than an hour. The first half of the workout is WERQ dance fitness, and the second half is dedicated to resistance training, core work, and flexibility.
WERQ Like a Boss combines modalities that aren’t often paired together. While there are other workouts that pair cardio and weightlifting, the cardio is typically not dance, and dance is a special kind of cardio that benefits the brain.

WERQ Like a Boss (WLAB) combines high-energy cardio dance powered by trending pop and hip-hop hits with strength training, core work, and mobility—all in one unbeatable workout. In under an hour, this dynamic class format smashes fitness goals and keeps participants coming back for more.
During this 4-hour certification course, you’ll dive into the essentials of teaching WERQ Like a Boss:
- Master playlist building and class design.
- Experience a sample WLAB class.
- Practice key concepts.
- Learn key branding and teaching tips.
- Access the WOWs (Workout of the Week videos)

Membership Details:
WERQ Like a Boss Instructors must maintain an active WERQforce and WLAB membership to stay licensed and access class materials. Membership is $15/month or $100/year (that's 5 months FREE!), with full access to the WLAB community resources provided after certification.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
All WERQ Like a Boss trainings are non-refundable. Transfers are accepted to another individual at no charge or to another training for a transfer fee. To transfer, contact [email protected]. Note: All sales are final. This training is subject to cancellation at any time.
