Wenzel Distillery is an independent Kentucky outfit led by Bill Witlow (Owner/Master Blender/Master Distiller/CEO), focused on small-batch whiskey with a blender’s mindset. Expect well-structured profiles across their lineup—from Double Barrel and Toasted Barrel Bourbons to a Wheated Bourbon and the Rectifiers Rye series—built through careful barrel selection, finishing, and patient maturation.
