11am - 6pm: Puzzle sales (while stocks last)

11am - 12.30pm: Puzzle swap/exchange

1.45pm - 2.30pm: Focus Group discussion (registration required)

3pm - 5pm: Puzzle competition (registration and payment required)

5pm - 6pm: Puzzle swap/exchange

Things to take note of:

1) The programme may be amended at any time.

2) Food and drink (other than plain water) are not allowed to be consumed within the premises of the Sports Hub Library.

3) Cash payments are not permitted within the premises of the Sports Hub Library.

4) WengsWorld will capture videos and photographs of the event for posting on social media sites, for the purpose of publicising and promoting its current and future activities and programmes. WengsWorld will respect your wishes for your images not to be posted publicly.

Things to take note of:

1) Only brand-new puzzles will be sold onsite at the festival.

2) There are 2 types of puzzle sales, namely a) commercial sales and b) charity sales.

3) For commercial sales, MyNextConnection jigsaw puzzles will be sold.

4) For charity sales, there will not be an indicated selling price for the puzzle. Buyers decide what they want to pay for the puzzle. Of the amount paid by the buyer, half will go to charity, and the other half will go to the seller of the puzzle.

5) Cash payments are not permitted within the premises of the Sports Hub Library.

6) Only sellers approved by WengsWorld will be permitted to sell their puzzles onsite at the festival.

7) The jigsaw puzzle community can decide on the beneficiary of the amount collected from the charity sales.

Time:

11am - 12.30pm; and 5pm - 6pm.

Things to take note of:

1) This is for those who want to swap/exchange, give away, lend/loan their brand new or pre-owned jigsaw puzzles.

2) All swaps/exchanges are at the mutual agreement/arrangement and risk of those involved, without involvement or responsibility of WengsWorld.

3) At the end of the festival, those involved should not leave behind their puzzles.

Singapore’s participation in the World Jigsaw Puzzle Championship in Spain from 20-24 Sep 2023 (dates provided by WJPF)

Team composition:

Maximum 2 persons per team. One child under the age of 12 can be included as an additional third team member.

Registration:

$40 per team.

Payment is to be made before registration is confirmed.

There will be no refunds.

Event puzzle:

500pcs.

All puzzles for the event will be supplied by WengsWorld. Teams are not allowed to use their own puzzle.

At the end of the event, teams may keep the puzzle.

Things to take note of:

1) The competition duration is 2 hours.

2) Teams who complete the event puzzle within the stipulated competition duration will be eligible to win a prize. The winners will be selected on random basis.

3) If no team completes the event puzzle within the stipulated competition duration, 1 team will be selected on random basis to win a prize.

4) WengsWorld's decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final.

5) WengsWorld will capture videos and photographs of the event for posting on social media sites, for the purpose of publicising and promoting its current and future activities and programmes. WengsWorld will not use the videos and photographs for any other purpose. Notwithstanding the above, WengsWorld will respect your wishes for your images not to be posted publicly.
