About this Event
Living in a world of complexity and distractions, let us reconnect to our resources that live within us. In this weekend intensive, we will use embodied practices of movement, breath, meditation, and rituals to connect our inner and outer worlds and explore what guides us in support of community.
The intention of this weekend is to complete a walk around the Wheel. We start in the center, a place of belonging. We will move to the East where we find support with movement and breath. We continue to the South where we learn from disorientation, embrace living the unknown, and explore our song. Then, we move to the West where, through dreaming, we cultivate trust. Once we arrive in the North, we focus on living in ceremony through rituals.
WellWork is led by Santjes Oomen and team inspired by systemic constellation work and Shamanic rituals between the physical and non-physical worlds. The medicine of the four directions and the Found in Transition images will hold the structure and resources of our circle. Like dreaming, this is guided work, so we never know exactly what will happen. We follow the energy of the field and the gifts that arrive out of the group.

Some prior experience with group energetic work and an openness to heart-centered experiences are helpful to participate in this workshop.
WellWork offers us the opportunity to rediscover our roots, where we belong, and what it means to share our gifts. WellWork nourishes the alignment of the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies to encourage us to keep our hearts open to the world around us.
