Join us to celebrate the Winter Solstice, a time when the sun is at its lowest point in the sky, the day is at its shortest and the night at its longest. At the Winter Solstice the spark of light returns, the sun is re born, the cycle begins again. The start of this cycle isn't a time for action and outward energy, it is a time for leaning into hope, magic, & anticipation. With growth happening deep in the womb of the world where it is dark new life is preparing to be born, new creative chapters & dreams growing. The winter solstice is a time to rest, a chance to sleep & dream, pause, go deep inside and emerge transformed & rejuvenated come the Spring. So now is the time to join us for a deeply nourishing, nurturing gathering to help ground & calm our nervous system.
We will meet on Tuesday 23rd December 6.30-9pm at the beautiful @calmvillage, Irby
