WellthyWell: Dallas Walk & Talk
WellthyWell is a social wellness club that brings people together through connection, movement, and community experiences. What started in San Diego with monthly Walk & Talks is now expanding into Dallas — and we’d love for you to be part of it!
Join us for a Walk & Talk at White Rock Lake in East Dallas!
We’ll start the morning with coffee (if you would like) and then head out for a scenic walk by the water — the perfect way to blend wellness, connection, and conversation.
Where: Meet at LDU on Garland Rd. We’ll grab our drinks and then walk along the lake trail.
Parking: Free parking is available in the parking lot where LDU is located.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothes + walking shoes, water bottle if you’d like, and your wallet for coffee.
