Location: Booth Street East, G.04. The room has step free access.
In honour of Women's History Month, Esta will be delivering a powerful and interactive session designed to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been hidden or diminished over time. Through self-awareness, mindset shifts, and intentional practices, you’ll gain the tools to step into your full potential—both personally and professionally.
Esta is a passionate Holistic Mindset Coach, and is committed to helping individuals transform their lives by deepening their emotional intelligence and shifting their mindset. In 2019, she founded Female Magik in response to the lack of female diversity in community and corporate spaces in the North. Since then, Female Magik has empowered over 1,000 women and young girls to take control of their mental health, reclaim their power, and thrive.
What You’ll Gain:
✅ Self-Reclamation – Identify and reclaim the aspects of yourself that have been suppressed due to past experiences.
✅ Understanding Unconscious Bias – Explore how unconscious beliefs contribute to a negativity bias in yourself and towards others.
✅ Self-Mastery & Mindset Shifts – Learn practical strategies to reshape your thinking and create lasting, positive change.
✅ Cycle Awareness for Well-being – Understand the menstrual cycle’s impact on mental and physical health, and how to align your lifestyle for balance and vitality.

✅ Herbal Tea Experience – Enjoy a selection of herbal blends designed to promote relaxation, focus, and ease PMS symptoms.
Join us for a transformative experience that blends self-mastery, education, and holistic well-being! Life experiences shape us, but they don’t have to define us.
