“Wellness Wonderland Workshop” on November 13th!
Boost Your Mental, Emotional, and Physical Well-Being Just in Time for the Holidays!
On Thursday, November 13th at 6 p.m., the Howell Alliance is hosting a free wellness presentation, “Wellness Wonderland Workshop,” to strengthen your mental, emotional, and physical well-being at the onset of the busy and often stressful holiday season.
“Wellness Wonderland Workshop” is a half-hour presentation, followed by a Q&A. It will be held upstairs in the Howell Township Municipal Building at 4567 Route 9 North in Howell. A light, festive holiday snack will be served.
Marni Elson-Victor, LPC and LCADC, and Dr. Kathryn Fleming will educate participants on the importance of mental, emotional, and physical wellness in support of overall well-being, life balance, and happiness, with particular attention to holiday season stressors.
Community members will learn how these three areas of wellness impact one another, how to identify personal areas needing improvement, and how to implement simple yet effective strategies to help navigate the holidays more positively and pleasurably.
