Join us for a new program through Wellness Within, Sister's Soul Care, a collaboration between Wellness Within at Wijhah Initiative and ISNA Care, led by psychotherapist Duha. This intimate support group, capped at 15 participants, focuses on enhancing self-worth and self-esteem in a supportive, Islamically integrated environment. This is a safe space to share experiences, gain insights, and build confidence together. Don't miss this opportunity to connect, grow, and empower yourself with the support of fellow sisters.
