Join us for our second edition of the Wellness Wisdom Elders Panel, a community gathering where respected Indigenous elders share memories and teachings about ancestral wellness practices rooted in balance, community care, and connection to the natural world. This event is rooted in intergenerational learning, cultural restoration, and Indigenous knowledge, and offers a welcoming space to listen, reflect, and honor the wisdom of our elders.
Each gathering, we come together to learn from the experiences and stories that continue to guide our paths toward wellness and resilience. This is more than just a discussion — it’s a space to reconnect with traditional teachings, celebrate our elders, and strengthen community bonds through shared remembrance and reflection.
