Restore Your Balance with Sound Bath, Chakra Work & Reiki
In this healing sound bath, you will be guided to release things that no longer serve you on a physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and/or spiritual level honoring the full moon in the sign of Gemini. Singing bowls for each chakra, gong, and bells from Nepal have high vibrational frequencies that release stress, and balance and calm the mind, body, and spirit.
Open up to the 7 colors of your chakras in a guided healing meditation session with a sound healing journey. We will be focusing on letting go through each of the chakras and this last full moon of the year provides an amazing opportunity!
It's a time to let go of limiting beliefs, unhealthy communication patterns, and the habit of overthinking. It's a good time to release fears of judgment that hold you back from expressing your true self and to reconnect with relationships you might have neglected. Additionally, let go of distractions that prevent you from focusing on what truly matters. By reflecting on these aspects, you can identify what no longer serves you and set intentions for healthier patterns moving forward for the new year.
