Saturday afternoon of our Wellness Weekend will consist of healthy competition and then settling back in after a dinner break to prepare, once again for a restful night of sleep.

• 4:30PM | Pickleball Tournament – no experience necessary
• 5:30PM – 7PM | Dinner at Leisure
• 7:30PM | Intention Setting through Visualization & Yoga Nidra
• 8:30PM | Gratitude Tea Ceremony
