Wellness Week

Capital Dock Events presents Wellness Week 2024, from 23rd to 25th April.
We are excited to be partnering with The Space Between for Wellness Week at Capital Dock to host a series of morning and lunchtime classes and workshops. All sessions are free to attend, but places are limited and must be reserved in advance. Complimentary light snacks and refreshments will be provided for all guests. All sessions take place at Unit 9, Capital Dock, and all necessary equipment will be provided. Each morning from 07.30 to 08.30 we will host a yoga class suitable for all levels and abilities. Lunchtime workshops will include;
The Power Of Breath: Breathwork practice followed by a lunchtime chat on all things breath and its powerful effects.

Tuesday 23rd April (12.30-14.00).
Find Your Flow: An experiential and fun practice that blends yoga and clay making. Hosted by expressive art therapists this class will be full of playfulness and experimentation.

Wednesday 24th April (12.30-14.00).
Movement and Matcha: A fun and relaxing practice of movement, breathwork and matcha tea making, designed to open the body and relax us in the present moment.

Thursday 25rd April (12.30-14.00).
