Every Wednesday morning this fall, join us for a free movement and wellness session led by local instructors who center community, restoration, and joy. These gatherings are open to all levels—whether you’re brand new to movement or a seasoned practitioner.

Yoga Offering: Grief + Trauma in the Body with Cortland Mullins (See Joy Yoga)

This gentle, restorative practice explores how grief and stress live in the body. Through movement, breathwork, and stillness. This session is especially for anyone navigating loss, transition, or the weight of everyday life.Details for This Session:

Wear: Comfortable clothing you can move in.
Bring (optional): Yoga mat, water bottle, journal if you’d like to reflect. A few mats will be available to borrow.
Cost: Free to attend! We encourage you to grab a coffee, tea, or bite from The Purple Door Café afterward to keep the good vibes going and support our space.
