Join us every Wednesday evening for Wellness Wednesdays a rejuvenating experience designed to help you unwind, relax, and reconnect with yourself. This unique event combines the calming power of yoga with the creative flow of therapeutic art to promote mental and physical well-being.
Each session begins with a 1-hour yoga practice focusing on breathwork, gentle movements, and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and improve flexibility. Afterwards, we’ll dive into a 1-hour art therapy workshop where you can explore mindfulness through creative expression in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Whether you’re looking to manage anxiety, release tension, or simply enjoy some time for yourself Wellness Wednesdays offers a peaceful space to nourish your body and mind. This is a guided workshop led by professionals and is suitable for everyone.
