September 24th: Herbalism 101: Elderberry Tincture Workshop
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you'll learn the basics of working with herbs, from understanding their traditional uses to safe and simple preperation methods. Together, we'll explore the healing benefits of elderberries and guide you step-by-step in making your own elderberry tincture. You'll leave with both knowledge and a handcrafted tincture to take home and support your wellness naturally. Led by Christina Barbari, of Juicebox and Elysium Healing Oasis, Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach.
No experience is necessary – just bring your curiosity and willingness to try something new!
