Good Vibz Yoga will host a series of Chair Yoga workshops for adults and young adults.
About this Event

Chair yoga involves relaxing seated poses and support with a chair. It is a gentle form of yoga that is good to take anywhere. You will learn some seated and standing poses and modifications will be offered to make the practice accessible for everyone.
