Wellness Wednesdays at Topiary Park

Join us each Wednesday at 6 p.m., June through August, for FREE wellness classes at Topiary Park. This year, we're offering mindfulness, yoga, sound bath, and meditation classes in the center of the park, near the pond. Grab a blanket, a mat, or a chair and enjoy a free community class that benefits your mental health.
