Join Mind-Body Wellbeing Coach & Meditation Teacher, Emma England, for Wellness Wednesdays - a monthly lunchtime reset designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore calm. Each session includes guided meditation, gentle breathwork, mindful reflection, and simple grounding practices.
Each month brings a new seasonal theme to support your wellbeing and help you move through the year with more ease and balance - all while enjoying a freshly prepared, nourishing lunch from Billingtons.
January: Grounded Beginnings
Wednesday 14th January | 12:30–1:30pm | £20 per person
Step into the new year feeling calm, grounded, and centred. This month’s session offers a soothing 40-minute mindfulness and meditation practice to help you reset after the holidays, release any lingering tension, and begin the year with clarity and intention. You’ll finish with a nourishing seasonal lunch to support your mind and body for the rest of your day.
