Join Mind-Body Wellbeing Coach & Meditation Teacher, Emma England, for Wellness Wednesdays - a monthly lunchtime reset designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore calm. Each session includes guided meditation, gentle breathwork, mindful reflection, and simple grounding practices.
Each month brings a new seasonal theme to support your wellbeing and help you move through the year with more ease and balance - all while enjoying a freshly prepared, nourishing lunch from Billingtons.
February: Gentle Momentum
Tuesday 4th February | 12:30–1:30pm | £20 per person
As the year begins to unfold, February invites us to move forward with intention - without rushing or pressure. This session is designed to help you reconnect with your energy, gently build momentum, and take your next steps from a place of calm and clarity.
You’ll be guided through a soothing 40-minute mindfulness, meditation and breathwork practice, to help you:
- Reawaken your energy after the slower pace of January
- Release tension and mental heaviness
- Cultivate focus, clarity, and gentle motivation
You’ll finish the session feeling grounded, refreshed, and quietly energised, followed by a nourishing seasonal lunch to support your mind and body for the rest of your day.
