Wednesdays are for wellness with the Y!Every Wednesday from June 5th – August 21st, the YMCA of Natrona County will be offering free workout classes at David Street Station!
From 6:00 AM – 6:45 AM each week, they will be offering sweat sessions. Instructors will lead you through various styles of workouts that will get your heart pumping while targeting all the major muscle groups.
We recommend bringing your own workout mat, sunscreen, bug spray, sweat towel, and a water bottle for your personal comfort.
