Wellness Wednesday (6:30 pm – 7:30pm)This 60 Minute class is designed to honor and recharge your body. You have made it to hump-day and we will engage in the energy you need to get through the rest of the week. Focus will be on movement and power while we incorporate standing poses and openers. About the instructor:
This practice and instruction are designed to incorporate your entire body, mind, and spirit in your personal healing experience. Cyndi Dunn has been a practitioner for almost 20 years. Certified as a yoga and fitness instructor, with 200-hour RYTT through the Yoga and Ayurveda Center and Yoga Alliance. This includes Ayurveda Specialist and Restorative Yoga Training. She is also a certified Paddle Board and Paddleboard Yoga instructor/practitioner, through PSUPA.
****All classes are designed for ANY fitness level. Pose design and modification will be explained and followed. We are an Encouraging community and will not tolerate meanness or competition. We are all here to flow and move our bodies in an expression of empowerment and LOVE.****
