Come meet with Christi Ahl for weekly meditation classes. Come every Wednesday 6:30pm - 7:30pm at the Spark Project Collective Event Center. This class will be primarily guided, as the classes progress Christi would love to work in some silent meditations as well.If you have a back jack feel free to bring it as well as your own yoga mat. Don't have either? We have a few yoga mats available on a first come first serve basis.
