Join us on Wellness Wednesdays!Our intern Kris Kadaji, a graduate student in Mental Health Counseling (LeMoyne College) will run this wellness group for 8 weeks.

Learn how to deal with grief, divorce, domestic violence and depression
Learn how to defuse anger in yourself and others
Learn how to help other people and families in your community
Learn self-compassion and self-care so you can support yourself, your family and friends
