To celebrate International day of Yoga which is later in the month, our focus is asana yoga and chakras this monthJoin us as we explore the wonderful world of chakras with Maria Emeterio from BeBlissfullyBalanced. Maria is an Advanced Reiki Master Teacher, as well as a Certified Chakra Master Teacher. She loves all things energy, and teaching others how to HEAL themselves One Chakra at a Time !! Check out her book series " There's a Chakra for That" which dedicates a working journal for each of the main 7 Chakras.
Maria will do a mini Chakra Balancing, and each participant will receive a handout and crystals to help align their Chakras.
In Addition, Erin from Erin's Yoga will be leading a gentle yoga asana practice.
