Be enveloped in ethereal tones of crystal singing bows, chimes, and vibrations of the symphonic gong and the hum of tuning forks. These harmonious instruments create a sound to wash away tension, quiet the chatter of the mind, and instill a sense of inner peace.

What you need to be prepared:

• Bring a blanket or pillow
• Bring a yoga mat (limted mats available for use on site)
