Your evening begins with an oracle card pull, offering gentle insight and guidance as you settle into the space. You’ll then move into a series of grounding breaths enhanced by aromatherapy, preparing your body and mind for deep relaxation.
As the session unfolds, you’ll be guided through a soothing Sound Bath where the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other calming instruments help dissolve tension and create space for clarity. This blend of sound healing and gentle guided reflection is perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, mentally cluttered, or simply craving stillness in the middle of the week.
To close the evening, enjoy hot herbal tea as you integrate your experience and ease back into the flow of your week.

What to bring
Please bring a yoga mat and anything that will help you feel cozy, such as a blanket, pillow, or eye mask. A journal is encouraged for reflection after the meditation.

- Please arrive by 6:50 PM to settle in before we start.
- Mats, blankets, bolsters, and pillows are provided. You may bring your own mat, blanket, or eye pillow for added comfort.
- Please note that scented candles, aromatherapy, and diffusers are used in the studio.
- Space is intentionally limited to create a peaceful and intimate environment for all attendees.
