Join Wellness Warrior for a 3-part fitness pop-up series at Kansas City’s own Vine Street Brewing Co. Each class features Warrior Strength, a total-body training experience that blends progressive power and mobility work with a focus on perfect form, smart overload, and intentional movement.

This workout is designed for all levels, from beginners finding their groove to advanced athletes looking for that next challenge. Sculpt muscle, improve movement quality, and build resilience with Coach Clellon (Wellness Warrior)guiding you every rep of the way.

We’re teaming up with some incredible partners to keep you fueled and hydrated:

• Cure Hydration – enjoy free samples of clean, plant-based electrolytes.

Every attendee will receive a Wellness Warrior gift bag packed with goodies from our event partners, because every Warrior deserves a little extra motivation to take home.

After class, cool down and connect with your tribe, Vine Street Brewing will offer $5 pours for all participants (must be 21+).

All participants must sign a waiver upon entry before the workout begins.
Please show your event ticket upon arrival for check-in, then sign your waiver and find your workout spot.
Arrive 10 minutes early to get settled and ready for the session.
