Friends, Fitness, and Fun in West LA!
Join other like-minded women for weekly walks + hikes n the West LA area. Typically easy to moderate walks/hikes for about 1 1/2 hrs.
When: Friday at 9am PST
Where: West Ridge trail head - meetup at base of trail head in parking lot at the top of Mandeville Canyon Rd. in Brentwood , Los Angeles
Who: Women who want a little extra fun, motvation or encouragement as they get in their weekly steps
This group was created for women who see the importance in exercising but would like to switch things up for more accountability or excitement in doing so. It is also a great place to meet other like-minded community members and maybe even make new life-long friends or business contacts!
Come hang, mingle, network and work up a sweat this summer on Friday mornings as we end our weeks and jump into the weekend!
Please RSVP by 7am on Friday morning so I know who to expect :) And if you RSVP'd yes but can no longer make it, please let me know in advance.
