Are you fed up of online events and want to get into nature with likeminded people to network, brainstorm & heal by being present more grounded in nature?
We'll be meeting for walking & talking, sharing & caring, netwalking (networking while walking), also practicing mindful vitality boosting simple exercises too.
The location to meet will be Heaton Park, Prestwich opposite Heaton Park Metrolink station.
It'll be 10.15am meeting time until around midday, however, you are welcome to leave earlier or stay later.
