In this months DIY/EDU Night, step into calm conversations and community connection as we take a gentle group walk through West Wetlands Park together.Meet BY 5pm at the Boat Launch which is by the first parking area on the right when you enter Wetlands. We will start walking at 5pm and return to our cars by dark. Bring bug spray if you can!
DIY: Rainbow Scavenger Hunt: As a mindfulness exercise, we will search for all the colors of the rainbow on our walk.
EDU: As we walk, we will teach and learn from members of our own community about what wellness means to you and how you practice wellness in your life.
