Open to patients, their families and community neighbors of all fitness levels, the Wellness Walk at Eskenazi Health Center West 38th Street now takes place on the first and third Friday of each month from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., at 5515 W. 38th St. in Indianapolis.
Participants should meet at the main entrance and will be joined by Eskenazi Health providers and staff members. The walks are a great way to connect health care teams with the communities they serve. The leisurely walks last about 60 minutes and cover half a mile to one and half miles depending upon each participant’s level of comfort.
A regularly occurring Wellness Walk also takes place on Mondays from 12 – 12:30 p.m. at Eskenazi Health Thomas & Arlene Grande Campus, located at 6002 E. 38th St. This walk is also open to all patients, their families and community neighbors.
