Welcome to our wellbeing retreat in Nerja! During a Saturday in the beginning of April, we will meet in Cristina’s beautiful garden in Nerja to do yoga, engage in healing writing and enjoy delicious homemade Mediterranean food together. About Ingrid and healing writing:
Ingrid is from Stockholm, Sweden and has been living in Almunecar since September 2024. She is a trained writing coach and certified guide in healing writing in the "Write Your Self" method. Since 2014, she has been organizing writing courses and retreats in the Stockholm archipelago and Spain. During our writing sessions, participants will receive writing assignments that aim to get in touch with emotions, reflect on thought and behavioral patterns, and set inspiring goals for the future. IMPORTANT NOTE: The writing is solely for yourself and there is no pressure to "accomplish" something, to write "well" or show your texts to other participants unless you want to.

About Rut and yoga:
Yoga instructor, physiotherapist, and masseuse Rut Montiel grew up in Barcelona but has lived in Nerja for 18 years where she runs her own wellness center. Today, she is one of Nerja's most popular and appreciated yoga instructors with her classes that combine dynamic vinyasa with hatha yoga where you stay in the positions for a longer period of time. During her classes we will also practice Pranayama, which helps balance the nervous system by reducing stress and gaining control over our life energy. About Cristina and her Mediterranean cuisine:
Cristina Rabaglia is originally from Italy but has lived in Spain for over 30 years. She has had a passionate interest in cooking and art throughout her life. For Cristina, cooking is not just about serving food, but putting love into each dish, creating gastronomic harmony and sharing her passion for good cuisine. As a private chef, she offers homemade vegetarian and vegan Mediterranean meals in her villa in Nerja or at the homes of her clients.
