We will cover all things YOGA!
(rough guide)
11am:- Breathing Pranayama- set our intentions for our practice & months ahead.
Gentle flow from pose to pose incorporating SunSalutations, twists, backbends. Easing down to our Yin session- focusing on the lower back, hips to help ease tightness & tension.
1pm:- Lunch
Homemade veggie curry, cake & refreshments
hopefully weather permitting we will mange a lovely walk up the river bank!
2pm:- Meditation,
restorative yoga
chakras
finishing our wonderful blissful day with Yoga Nidra & Sound Bathing relaxation.

At the studio:- Mats, blocks, cushions, eye pillows, veggie curry, herbal tea, water, cake, vegan chocolate.
