It's time to rediscover the art of unwinding, reset the soul and pamper at our one-day wellness retreat, from 9am to 4pm on Friday 5th September, for £120 per person.You'll begin your journey to wellness with a welcoming relaxation session, while you sip on a comforting herbal tea. At 9.30am, it's time to plunge into our subterranean HarSPA, where you'll detox with our steam room, lay back in a Scandinavian hot tub and enjoy access to a heated indoor pool, hydrotherapy pool and sauna.
Then, it's time to feel a sense of calm, peace and balance through a guided meditation and breathwork session, before indulging in a light lunch.
At 2pm, relax and let go of tension as you bathe in immersive sounds which fill the room and the body, along with a guided face reflexology session leaving you deeply relaxed.
Finally, it's time to relish your relaxation in a reflection session, before taking home a gift from us, to you.
Make sure to bring swimwear, and we'll supply the fluffy towels, robes and slippers.
