Taking place on the 27th April 2025 (departing after breakfast on 28th) this thoughtfully designed retreat combines yoga, mindful breathing, pilates and delicious food to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.
Inclusions, per person:
27th April - Healthy light lunch on arrival around 1pm with introduction to your hosts, followed by room check-in.
- 3pm - 60-minute pilates with Pippa Seaton
- 4.15pm - 60-minute breath work with Louise Percy
- 5.15pm - Q&A with Louise & Pippa
- Free time to use spa facilities, enjoy a treatment (any treatments need to be booked in advance and are charged as taken)
- 7.30pm - A specially curated three-course nutritional dinner.
28th April - 7am - Sunrise Yoga with Louise Percy
- 8am - Breakfast
