Wellness Pop Up at Pointe Marie
Please join us at Pointe-Marie Square for a day of fitness, self-care and raising awareness! Our Wellness Pop Up event will feature a workout and cool down by F45 Training City Square promptly at 9:15am, sample our vendor services by Trifecta Sports Therapy, Drip IV and Moreau Physical Therapy. Everbowl will also be on site with delicious acai bowls!!! Rain Will Bring Flowers is a non-profit that brings awareness and prevention to student-athlete suicide. This is a free event, but we are also asking for donations for Rain Will Bring Flowers. You can give through the link below or on-site at the event. We will have something for everyone looking to prioritize their well-being, along with several give aways throughout the morning.
