About this Event
Our first event of 2026 will be about our food and culture! We will be featuring Dr. Jennifer Primeggia, an infectious disease specialist practicing in Arlington. She will give us a presentation on the Mediterranean Diet, in particular regarding nutrition and the immune system with a focus on inflammation and the benefits of the Mediterranean Diet.
Dr. Primeggia wants to give all of us tips on how to deal with the demanding lifestyles of today. Come learn about learn about how connecting with your culture can nourish the body and the soul. Her presentation is one that you will not want to miss!
Tickets are $30 for members and $35 for non-members and includes a three course meal!
