Celebrate our 3 Year Anniversary with us. Slow down and recharge with a wellness talk by Erin Treloar, a peaceful candlelit yoga flow with Greta, and a blissful sound bath to connect mind and body with Alison.

The entire expereince will take place on your mat. House Concepts will provide mats, towels and props but feel free to bring a cozy sweater or blanket for comfort.
About the hosts:
Erin Treloar (@rawbeautytalks)
Erin is a health coach, meditation teacher and host of the Raw Beauty Talks podcast. With over 1 million downloads and thousands of participants in her online Food Freedom program, she is a respected leader for intuitive wellness, bringing women home to the wisdom within through intuitive eating, mindfulness and self love. Her non-profit organization, Free to Be, has taught media literacy and positive body image tools to over 3,000 youth. Erin's work has been featured in publications including Elle magazine, the LA Times and Marie Claire amongst others.
Greta Dopp (@gretadoppp)
Greta is an experienced movement and mindfull instructor that teaches in Vancouver and Squamish. Greta aims to inspire her guests to feel stronger through communication, emotional intelligence, and her commitment to her craft. Greta teaches pilates and yoga and mobility flows at House Concepts.

Alison Holly Stephen is a writer and energy practitioner providing body, mind, heart and soul care. She specializes in Frequency Sound Baths and Micro-Retreats designed to help you relax, replenish, and connect more deeply with yourself supporting those seeking to elevate their wellness routine and optimize their health and wellbeing.
