This event alternates every month between deeply restorative yoga and the healing sounds from Tibetan/Crystal singing bowls, and restorative yoga and Reiki energy.
IMPORTANT:
Please BRING YOUR YOGA MAT. You do not need to bring any pillows or props. All props will be provided for you.
