Our Wellness Mornings are a gentle way to pause, recharge, and connect. Each session offers a welcoming space to explore wellbeing practices, gain new insights, and take time for yourself.
We’ll end the morning with an informal space to chat with our wellness practitioners over a cup of tea or coffee. Donations welcomed. ☕
