About this Event
Over the course of 3 hours, children will be invited to:
Explore movement and breathing through a yoga class adapted to their age group. All exercises are designed and adjusted to each child.
🎵 Relax and learn in a sound healing session — a meditative concert with gentle, harmonious sounds — plus a mandala-making workshop.
The children will have their first contact with meditative instruments such as Tibetan Singing Bowls and Gongs.
The session is divided into two moments:
✨ First part:
Introduction to Tibetan Bowls and Gongs: a brief story focused on the East, explaining how the sounds of the Universe were preserved within these ancient instruments. A journey that begins in the East and reaches the Cosmos.
This is followed by a children-adapted meditative concert (with cosmic image projection). At the end, each child will try the instruments.
✨ Second part:
Sacred Geometry workshop, where the children will learn to make mandalas using sticks and threads(all materials provided).
A creative and relaxed time. Each child will take home their own mandala as a memory of the experience. ⚛️
Music here is more than entertainment — it awakens curiosity and contemplative listening, helping children connect with their inner world and discover new feelings and emotions.
